Success story: How did Steffie manage to lose weight?

We want to inspire and motivate you, just like your fellow competitor Steffie. She'd love to share her story with you so you have the absolute will to lose those pesky pounds yourself.

On January 15, 2023, I was done. The button went off. I was/was sitting in burnout and couldn't manage to get healthier and fitter.

Working out isn't really my thing, so I started with Stardust's Diet Shake and Fat Burner.

In the first few days, it was difficult for me to avoid reaching for the delicious and unhealthy things, but I had to be strict for a while. After a week, I noticed that I felt fitter. Not only because of Stardust, but also because I changed my eating habits. I mainly eat lots of vegetables, fruit, water, and crackers.

I also see changes in my body and face. This gives me additional motivation. My main goal is to feel fitter, more confident, and more energetic. I've been doing it for three weeks now, and it's going well. Mentally, too, I notice that I'm much happier and more motivated to face the day.

Thanks to Stardust and, of course, a healthy diet, I'm 'alive' again and gaining more self-confidence.
