Bin sehr zu Frieden mitvdem Produkt. Ist etwas zu süß aber ich nehme mehr Wasser dazu. Dann ist es super lecker. Und es hilft wirklich habe wirklich keinen Heißhunger auf süßes. Und generell zügelt es den Appetit so das man generell schneller satt wird. Ich nehme es ca. 1/2 Stunde nach dem Frühstück . Und dann nochmal nach dem Mittagessen

Man muss schon ganz schön viel verdünnen damit man es trinken kann. Ich nehme 500ml auf 6gr. Aber dann ist es geschmacklich in Ordnung und tatsächlich zügelt es meinen Heißhunger, und das war ja der von mir gewünschte Effekt.
